On Thursday, May 19, 2022, Klubb Group inaugurated its new factory on its historical plant of Ferrières-en-Brie. This new production site offers an area of more than 15,000 sqm, including 2,500 sqm of workshop space for the Group's multi-specialist bodywork activity.
This new factory is now home to three of KLUBB GROUP subsidiaries: Nacelle Assistance et Services, which provides maintenance and repair services for all brands of lifting equipment and special vehicles, Delta Services, which offers financing and rental solutions for special vehicles, and Mobitec, which specializes in vehicle conversion and fitting out.
This inauguration, coupled with the 20th anniversary of Klubb France, was the opportunity for the Group to invite all its French and international customers to a party during which they could rediscover the various activities of the Group and visit the couple of production sites in Ferrières-en-Brie.
On this occasion, about forty vehicles were exhibited to illustrate the extent of our solutions.
The entire range of Klubb aerial work platforms was on display, with a corner dedicated to our Green solutions (100% electric and dual-fuel), the METEOR 180, a multi-purpose aerial work platform for firefighters manufactured by EGI, utility vehicles fitted out by Mobitec and bodywork solutions offered by Concepts & Collectivités, as well as a Nacelle Assistance et Services workshop truck.
Many french and international customers attended for this moment of conviviality, which continued at the Château de Ferrières-en-Brie. This marks a new step in the Group's development strategy, particularly internationally.
UNEVEN TERRAIN AND AERIAL WORK PLATFORMS: WHAT PRECAUTIONS SHOULD BE TAKEN?
Aerial work platforms provide better access to difficult-to-reach areas, and have revolutionised working conditions in many industries. However, the use of aerial platforms is not without risk, especially when they are operated on uneven or unstable terrain such as muddy or uneven ground. Indeed, each environment presents different challenges that every operator needs to identify and understand, in order to take specific precautions. As a reminder, the absence or lack of preparation can damage the platform and lead to serious or fatal injuries.
