Press release: Opening of judicial reorganisation proceedings for KLUBB

KLUBB GROUP AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES KLUBB FRANCE, KLUBB SARL AND KLUBB ENGINEERING ADMITTED TO JUDICIAL REHABILITATION PROCEEDINGS TO CARRY OUT A FINANCIAL RESTRUCTURING AS PART OF THEIR CONTINUING OPERATIONS

At the request of KLUBB Group and its subsidiaries KLUBB France, KLUBB SARL and KLUBB Engineering, the Specialized Commercial Court of Bobigny ordered the opening of judicial rehabilitation proceedings (redressement judiciaire), limited to these four group entities, on 3rd February 2026. The other entities of the KLUBB group are not affected.

This process is intended to facilitate discussions to implement a restructuring of the Group’s liabilities and sustainably strengthen its financial structure by June 2026.

It comes at a pivotal stage in KLUBB’s development, as the company is currently benef iting f rom an unprecedented order backlog and strong commercial momentum, both in France and internationally. However, following several years of inflation, shifting demand patterns, and significant tensions across industrial supply chains, reorganization measures – already underway and continuing – have proved necessary to support its growth.

The Group’s operations are continuing as normal, and KLUBB remains fully mobilized alongside its commercial partners, intending to continue to honor all of its clients’ orders.

Management is approaching this phase with confidence and determination. Its objectives at this stage are clear: preserving jobs, strengthening the Group’s competitiveness through an ongoing performance improvement plan, and creating the conditions for sustainable long-term development.

As part of the rehabilitation proceedings, the Group will place particular emphasis on the successful completion of the discussions initiated with its creditors and financial partners, aligned with the interests of the concerned companies, their employees, and all other stakeholders.
